Jeffrey Goldberg's report said that in the weeks after the UN vote, Obama said privately and repeatedly, "Israel doesn't know what its own best interests are," adding that with each new settlement announcement, Netanyahu is moving Israel down a path toward near-total isolation

So they are isolated and do not know what is best for them. Wonder when we will invade to establish our version of democracy and Arab appeasement? We are leaving Afghanistan so we will have the troops to invest.

Our soon to be coronated king Obama knows best.

PM: Only Israelis will determine Israel's interests
Quote:

"Only the Israeli people will determine who best represents the State of Israel's vital interests," Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said Wednesday.

The statement was made as a comment on harsh criticism by US President Barack Obama, who – in closed doors briefings – told associates that "Israel doesn't know what its own best interests are."

Obama's possible election dig against Netanyahu could backfire
By Paul Alster

instead of undermining Netanyahu's campaign, Idan Kweller, political correspondent for Israel's high-profile Galay Tzahal radio, told FoxNews.com that the president's comments may have had the reverse effect.
Quote:

"I understand from Bibi's close circle that the prime minister is quite happy with what Obama said," Kweller said. "Evidence of that view is that the Israel Today newspaper, [closely linked to Bibi], ran the story as their front page headline this morning. They wouldn't have done that if it was something that made Netanyahu uncomfortable."

You go BiBi. It is only up to Israel to decide what is best for them and not the rest of the world's business.

Amen to that! God will preserve a remnant of his chosen people - forever and always!

God will bless those who bless Israel and curse those who curse Israel - that's Old Testament truth. Woe to those who do not stand with Israel!

Mr Netanyahu is the intellectual equal to our President but what really grates Obama is that Bibi will not yield to his self proclaimed superior logic and rationale. War is for barbarians as the intellectually elite know reason and accommodation always prevail.

Yep. That has worked out so well so far in history. Another example from the Neville Chamberlain School do Appeasement.
