I like to work with many tabs up. I just clicked a new tab up. I just noticed that on that tab there are "windows" of web pages I've visted most and even an error page in the last couple days. I can click any one of those I guess like a short cut. Has anyone else updated Firefox and noticed that? Or is my computer going bonkers. |

Do you like that? On the one hand it's really convenient - if I have to do a shut down after an update or something that is like a snapshot of my browsing so I can go back to where I was. On the other (cue Twilight zone music) it's a little creepy .... like someone's been keeping tabs on me : :behindsofa Edited by Blessedx4, June 17, 2012, 7:35 pm.

I'm using Windows & I'm not getting that. Now I feel left out! :drama (just kidding, about the being left out part) Sounds like that could be convenient, but not sure. :shrug |

I'm getting that and it has been driving me nuts trying to figure out what I did to have this happen. I do remember we just had an update to firefox so it is good to know where they have come from. I don't know if I like it or not now that I know what it is I will try using it to see if it a help at all. |

:lol You do know I'm kidding, I hope. My 'puter at the office may show what you all are talking about when I get there in the morning. It & the 'puter at home aren't always doing the same things at the same time. :shrug |

I have automatic update - but it has to ask first. Firefox updated today and had to restart Firefox but didn't try opening tabs till a little while before I posted the op post, so those windows on the new tab really took me by surprise. :lol Cricket I guess it's what you like best that counts the most when picking a browser :thumb Edited by Blessedx4, June 17, 2012, 9:27 pm.

Safari has done this for several years - but theirs reflects your bookmarks I believe. On the new Firefox, you can pin the snap shots to your screen as favorites/bookmarks. Edited by Duckdogger, June 18, 2012, 8:11 am.
