Honey Barley Bread by ColcordMama
This is a delicious bread that utilizes barley flour, which I make myself by grinding pearl barley to a flour consistency. I don't see why you couldn't substitute regular flour for the barley flour if you have to.
Put in the bread machine:
2 tsp yeast 1 cup barley flour 3 cups bread flour (or all-purpose flour) 1 1/2 tsp salt 1 Tbsp lemon juice 2 Tbsp oil* 3 Tbsp honey 1 1/3 cups warm water
Set the machine for white bread and proceed according to machine directions. *If you measure the oil first, then the honey from the same spoon, the honey will slide right off the spoon as neat as you please
