I am retired and sometimes worry that will happen to me. I have had to use savings a few times for emergency's and with this inflation it could certainly happen to me but I try to stop worrying since there is nothing I can do about it. My father always told me if you can't change what is happening just accept it and don't worry about it or you will forget to live in the present. He also said praying about it and turning it over to God is better for your mental health than stressing and I try to live like that.
