Bacon-horseradish deviled eggs; Original from “Cooking Light” Ann Taylor Pittman January 2017

Ingredients :
12 hard-cooked large eggs. (I’ve used 6 for DH & me)
1/4 Cup plain 2% reduced-fat Greek yogurt. (I’ve used whatever on hand)
3 tablespoons canola mayonnaise (I’ve used olive oil mayo)
2 tablespoons chopped chives (I’ve used less, & dehydrated ones))
2 tablespoons prepared horseradish (I’ve used more)
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
4 cooked, crumbled bacon slices

Cut hard-cooked eggs in half.
Place yokes in a bowl: add yogurt, mayonnaise, chives, horseradish, pepper, and salt. Mash until smooth; stir in bacon. Spoon into egg whites.
