Thomas Eric Duncan, the first person diagnosed with Ebola in the United States, died Wednesday morning, the Dallas hospital where he was being treated said.

Duncan may have contracted the virus in Liberia while taking a deathly ill neighbor to the hospital in a taxi. He left Monrovia on a Sept. 19 flight and arrived in the U.S. the next day. He started showing symptoms Sept. 24 and went to a Dallas hospital for treatment Sept. 26. He was sent home, only to be brought back by ambulance on Sept. 28 and diagnosed with the deadly virus.

Have you read the details of the deputy? He NEVER HAD CONTACT with Mr.Duncan. According to the articles I have read, he was in Louise Troh's apartment for thirty minutes AFTER Mr.Duncan was removed to the hospital but before the apartment was decontaminated, there are also claims that he did not sit down nor touch anything while in the apartment.

If I didn't know the end of the story, I would be in full-on panic mode now. As it is, I am watching the news closely, ready to stop going to work rather than risk my life for a kid's filling or dental check-up.
